The homeowner acknowledges that soft washing services require certain precautions to ensure safe and effective completion. The homeowner is responsible for closing all windows and doors prior to the commencement of work to prevent any potential damage or chemical intrusion. The homeowner also acknowledges that the service provider will take reasonable precautions to protect landscaping, bushes, light fixtures, and other exterior features from potential damage.
The homeowner releases and holds harmless the service provider, its employees, and agents from any claims or liability for damages, including but not limited to discoloration, staining, or damage to siding, trim, windows, doors, landscaping, or other features of the property.
By signing below, the homeowner acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this release.
